Shipping Policy

At Michael Angel Studio we are committed to deliver your favorite posters quickly and securely anywhere in the world.

PROCESSING OR HANDLING TIME:

  • Production time for rolled posters: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday)

TRANSIT TIME:

  • All shipping timeframes are provided in good faith but are only estimates.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

FREE SHIPPING WITH TRACKING

  • Posters: Standard shipping with tracking is included in the product price.
  • Frames: Calculated at checkout.
  • Average: 7-9 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Up to 15 days for remote locations.
  • A print will be considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date.  

PACKAGING

  • All posters and frames are carefully packaged at our partner shipping and packaging stations in the UK, USA, Netherlands, and Australia.

POSTERS ONLY:

  • Small posters and A4 are shipped in reinforced envelopes.
  • All other sizes are shipped rolled in a cardboard tube or cartboard box.

FRAMES AND PANELS FOR POSTERS:

  • Special packaging ensures their complete protection.

DAMAGED PACKAGES OR POSTERS

  • Even with the utmost care taken by our partners during packaging and delivery, accidents can happen. Therefore, if the product is damaged, it will be replaced or refunded.
  • Upon receiving your package, inspect it for any damage or if the box has been opened. If there is any damage, do not accept the package and the carrier will automatically return it.
  • If you notice that the poster was damaged after delivery, please email us some photographs of the damage (packaging + poster) and we will reprint and send it as soon as possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Lost and stolen packages will be replaced after an investigation with the courier service.
  • A package will be declared lost if it has not arrived 30 days after its shipment.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • If a package cannot be delivered because the order address was inaccurate or incomplete, the package will be returned to the printing lab. Once returned, the customer will be responsible for paying the new shipping or returning it to the artist.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

  • If customs or import duties apply to the purchase, the buyer is responsible for paying them. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

SENDER ADDRESS

  • Our partner printing labs do not maintain any stock of posters – all prints are made to order. For returns, Please contact us and we will inform you of the most suitable address for the return.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless the poster is damaged or defective. In such cases, and only when approved by Michael Angel Studio, you will receive a refund for your order.

Please note that the estimated delivery times for our limited edition posters include both production time (as all posters are printed on demand) and shipping time. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen issues with courier services.
