Manufacturing and Partnership

Our posters are printed on demand by our diferent trusted partners, which operates printing facilities in Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, United States, and Australia. This approach allows us to reduce our carbon footprint, minimize shipping costs and times, and avoid customs fees as much as possible. However, these facilities do not accept returns directly.

Return Policy

  • Return Address: All returns must be sent directly to our Storage locations in New Jersey US, Barcelona Spain, or Sydney Australia. Contact information and the address will be provided at the time of the return request depending on the location of the requesting client.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Michaelangelstudio does not cover the cost of return shipping. Given that each poster is specifically made for each order and that we provide detailed product information (close-up photos, full descriptions, and a disclaimer), we encourage our customers to review this information carefully before purchasing. We also offer the option to request additional photos or to send a photo of your wall for a personalized simulation.
  • Damaged Items: We are committed to replacing or refunding any poster that is delivered damaged. Customers are asked to contact us with proof of damage. Upon our request and after our confirmation, we will ask you to destroy the damaged poster before proceeding with the refund or reprint.
  • Customs Fees and Refund: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any potential customs fees, particularly high when sending products from non-European Union territories to Europe. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount. We accept returns under our conditions, but we cannot cover these expenses. Depending on these fees, the refunded amount may be significantly reduced or null.
  • Please note, custom-made and personalized items, including both posters and frames, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
